As an activity of our weekend school Orhan, we organised a lesson on Azerbaijani culture at Pärnu Koidula Gymnasium with the support of the Estonian Ministry of Education and the Estonian Association of Teachers of National Minority Sunday Schools on 13 October, 2023. The students of the gymnasium were introduced to Azerbaijani culture, including carpet making, followed by a practical part. The students drew traditional Azerbaijani patterns. At the end of the event, the school family tasted Azerbaijani national sweets - pachklava and shekerburad.
