We would like to thank the respected people Mr. Jafar, Ms. Sanam and Mr. Kadir who organized the exchange project for us on education system of schools in Estonia and Finland. We visited different types of schools and got precise information on diverse teaching and learning approaches and their student life. Sharing experiences is always of great benefit in the field of professional development. As teachers we had a good opportunity to realize the weaknesses and strengths in our job and discuss what makes schools successful. We wish to continue further educational collaboration among the above mentioned countries. I hope each of us will obviously contribute to the academic life of their school. We sincerely appreciate the good work of the people who gave us this outstanding opportunity and look forward to future education projects.
